At Steiner Maastricht, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Maastricht

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
